Ok. I got the impression from Guy email that the item had already been made and sent to NJ to be shipped. I guess there was some miscommunication. I appreciate you're prompt, attentive and thorough reply. I have to say you guys do have great customer service. The harness has already proved it's strength and quality. I ride my bike with my dog tethered to it, and he runs along side me. The other day we were moving along at a pretty fast clip and he suddenly slammed his brakes on for some reason. I didn't notice and kept going until I felt a sudden jolt and heard a scraping noise (I'm a really big guy, so I didn't feel the jolt as much as the average sized person would). I stopped and looked behind me to see Tyson (my 65 lb pit bull) on his back. I probably drug him 3-5 yards, but thankfully the harness protected his back from being scratched. He jumped up, I checked him over, and we kept going. Those were some pretty extreme forces to withstand, and your harness held up perfectly well. I'll send a pic sometime in the near future. Thanks,

Hi Emma,
I used my dogs harness this morning for the first time...WE LOVE IT!!!? My dog, Carly, is very strong. Too strong for me. She is pretty well trained, however sometimes we still have pulling issues. We have tried other harnesses,none have been effective, until now. Your harness has actually allowed me be in control of my dog without me getting my arm pulled off or her chocking herself half to death. Your product is EXCELLENT quality! I expect this harness to last her entire life. (Unless of course I lose it)It is a very sturdy piece of equipment and it fits my dog perfectly. No pinching or chafing.? Thank you so much!!! Believe it or not, we use a couple of your H6 harnesses at the Best Friends Animal Society' s 'Piggy Paradise section, where we have orphaned/abandoned potbellied pigs.? While most of the pigs do not need to be harnessed, because they're content to follow a human dropping treats on the ground, we do have some very young or otherwise rambunctious, curious & fast pigs that we do harness up using your H6 & walk them on-leash. I am one of the volunteer trainers responsible for working with some of these challenging pigs, and your H6 harness has helped a lot, though some of the harnessed pigs, at 250+ pounds, are still sometimes difficult to handle ("pig-headedness").
